Demo trading is very valuable in getting learning and practice of forex trading but e cannot say it enough . Because some factors mislead us as high capital in demo make us optimistic that we can do as good in real to. But in real our performance is not much good. I think we should o practice on real accounts with low margin using micro account so that we know real trading and control our emotional decisions .

No, it is not at all. It is a waste of time. You do not learn how to trade in a demo account as you can only learn by trading and no trading takes place in demo accounts. I think you will find out when you go live that your demo account experience was an utter waste of time.

No matter how long you trade in a demo account you will not be prepared to trade live based on your demo experience. Only you know when you are ready, just know that as soon as you go live you start from basically zero.

Demo trading is not enough to know all about trading. It is just a traning period where you get practicce of forex trading with no money invested in it. You will feel a difference between real and demo trading when start live trading . So after demo some time should be for real practice the you will make money from forex.
