I have three but I am using only one, other two are just backup.
I also have 3 diferent network connections for backup. (2 adsl lines and one wireles ) , Power battery suplay!

No need, when I travel I remotely connect to my computer and see my charts and am able to trade on the same size laptop

I currently have 4 x 30" Dells - got them for free, the company I was working for before got rid of them as they were an "overkill" so I picked them up for £100 each

You can't be serious.

I paid $2000 for mine and they lied and switched my contract behind my back $1 buyout turned into a $800 buyout. I contacted the better business bureau on them and everything, so many complaints. But I truly envy you. That and the 30" Mac monitors are the very very best due to the resolution size in the amount of inches we are talking about.

Yeah - the Apple screens are much better - but they cost a sh1t load more - I just got lucky with mine but you can pick them up off ebay for £300-400 each as there are alot of companies that are going broke that have make some quick money

We cannot do without a minimum of two monitors at least. Product takes a huge boost with more monitors but obviously there's a limit to it. Desks get cluttered with more than 3, don't you think?
