    Hey, how do you make this work with MT4? I dont see an option in MT4 to import ascii data.........

    That's actually a good question. How to make it work in MT4 and not make the platform use the broker's data?

    We supply free daily data compartible with Metatrader. Visit http://forex-historical.com/free-data and choose "Download Free data (MT4)".

    After downloading unzip the archive. Start MT4.
    Press F2 to run "History Center" (Tools -> History Center).
    In the left panel choose instrument ( currency pair) and (by double clicking on it) choose appropriate time scale.
    For the forex-historical free data choose Daily (D1) for fileterd intraday data choose 5 minutes (M5).
    After setting your cursor on correct timescale choose import. Then browse for data files you wish to import.
    Press Ok to start importing.

    Also have special version of commercial filtered ASCII data for import to MT4.
    It is available for downloading by your request (email to [email protected]) after purchasing general ASCII data.
