But alot of the allegations presented in those comments you copied can be chalked up to bitterness being felt by a losing trader, like you suggested. But the other comments, I really can't prove that those things didn't happen to those people like they said. At the same rate, if you ran in my front door yelling that you were accosted by a 3 foot Martian, it may sound ridiculous, but I can't disprove you. Keep that in mind. The best we can hope for is someone from Forex.com being given a platform from which they can defend themselves against the comments. As they are presented, there's no way for them to react to the comments and from the video PipAHolic showed us, some reviews don't make it to the page there... so I don't know if I can answer your overall question.

Personally, i could go through that whole list and let you know if any of those things have happened to me... at quick glance, I can say, mostly no. I trade with Forex.com, I've been down 100 pips before, lost 1000's, but I also have been up 100's of pips, made thousands, and so goes the cycle, and I can either cry about that or come back strong and make up those pips. My losing trades I almost always see my mistake, it's virtually always my fault for either going against the trend trying for some swing trades (which obviously I am not a pro at) or me being too greedy not exiting a position when I should as I try to squeeze out extra pips, I've actually lost pips as a result of this.

There might well be a delay in reporting the bid ask price, but it's never worked against me and forced me to lose pips. For good measure, I always have another chart program running on my faster computer which does display the rates faster (i.e. more movements between pips) but you have to understand, in volatile times, it can go from lets say 110 to 111 back and for 30 times before it breaks either way. I've noticed Forex.com's platform doesn't catch every single one of these movements, its major flaw in my opinion when comparing it to other platforms. But I've certainly never noticed executing an order at one level, then exiting, then finding myself unable to exit, or out X amount of pips. The only time I've been stopped out right after executing an order was all my fault, the market moved against me abruptly, and to think there's people out there that get bitter over a movement against them boggles my mind... even me, trading Forex a little less than 2 years, I've seen deviations in trends that made me sit up and pray for the poor dumb b*stard that was in that position during the spike. Why should you be immune to that happening to you? That right there eliminates half of the negative comments made about Forex.com in that list.

There's more on the list, we can keep discussing it. I'd like to hear some real people give opinions and maybe we can get to the bottom of all of these allegations.
Ha, so you are comparing being abducted by aliens to forex brokers ripping us off

I don't see how many complaints can be aimed at one broker over and over, the same **** over and over

I hate to play devils advocate but Forex.com (GAIN CAPITAL) has had to pay a few fines here and there due to violating NFA and CFTC regulations, you can google it, don't quote me.

Forex.com is not okay because they are a market maker, they need for some clients to lose to pay you real money if you enter a winning trade.

To me thats a huge gamble and the reason they need so much capital reserves, an ECN puts your order right through to banks.

I think Forex.com is the second largest market maker in the world, or the US something like that, so the question about if a market maker is big enough to always have enough capital to cover your wins matters... if they "dont trade against you" of course whatever that means... http://forexforums.com/forums/forex-...bad-thing.html

In the end, I think Forex.com has been made crappier since the 50:1 regulation came into effect, I'm still with them, but I wish I could trade more with less, I have to trade less with less.

    Thanks Dodd-Frank.

Tell me why I withdrew $4000 last month without a hitch and 150 jaggoffs (or one big jaggoff making 150 comments) has so many problems with Forex.com? Could it have something to do with the fact they are your friends' main competitor in the Forex market that you pulled out all the stops (including being honest) to try and bring Forex.com down? I think so.
