Re: Trading Forex: PC or MAC?
PC all the way man. What more than apps can you possibly run on an Ipad or Imac or Mac OS?
MT4 is for both potentially but its a dumbed down version if I remember correctly. Whatever the case may be, its whatever your comfortable on, I just think your probably missing out on some things not available for Mac.

Re: Trading Forex: PC or MAC?
I'm torn. I have a mac but you've gotta install windows on it to run most trading platforms. When you turn your computer on, hold down the option button and you have the choice of using either the mac or windows operating system. Most people I know with pc's have had issues with having to get them repaired and so on. I've had my mac for about 5-6 years and I have never had even 1 issue with it. Keep in mind that I'm on my computer for at least 4 hours every day except maybe saturday.

Re: Trading Forex: PC or MAC?
Definitely PC because lot's of trading software is not MAC compatible.
BTW, can anybody share experience of using a screen adapter. Right now i have two screens (one graphic card) but i am thinking about to add another screen and my graphic card does not support three screens. Adapters seem to be a economic solution but as i have no experience with, some advice would be helpful.
Thank you very much in advance!

Re: Trading Forex: PC or MAC?
are you talking USB? 'the external graphics card from like Pluggable? NOW they are almost flawless becase of Usb3.0.
2.0 can sometimes be sluggihs but actully fine for semistatic xtra charts which is what you want. Usb3.0 upgrade cards can get for Swiss 35. Then pluggable is 50. So 80 to 90 will be suit for 1 xtra montor
Or go Matrox head2head if cash no problem
