This really works well on Gold/USD, most of the time.

Found a new Harmonic indicator being sold for $37. Not sure if this blog has the rights to sell it but for the price I'm going to give it a stab, it seems to be a VERY different modification to the ZUP harmonic indicator.

    This interesting
Meta4 indicator combine the optimized Kor-Zup indicators, together with
other tools like Pivot target and Double MACD will
    help

whenever it detect one and mention the name at top left coner to help
you recognize which pattern is, it will also draw a
predict line to show how price
would move and potential target price level, it will sound alarms and
trigger a pop up window mentioning the Harmonic Pattern details whenever
it found one so you don't really need to stick your eyes at the screen.

    Future Line:
(pink colour) This indicator shows the predicted move of the price in
    the near future

After paying/downloading, it turns out it is the ZUP indicator, upgrade, version 8.6.

If you can find this on your own for free, no need to buy.

You should have done a google search:

Ok, here is the thing: korHarmonics (with different searching engine than AMP indi) is posted here for you to download, you can put it on your charts and use it straight away.

The AMP indicator is not released for download, it's an indi dedicated for AMPmonitor to be running on our servers, and showing you patterns on the AMPmonitor webpage, you can see a screenshot how does it look like on AMPmonitor thread.
For me it's very comfortable to trade with it, because patterns are good quality and always confirmed. You will quickly notice, that AMP finds patterns differently than any other software on the market. It does it simply better.

I definitely agree with you JohnCapa, harmonic patterns can be very good for your trading pot and for your mindset either
The stress is the last thing that I want to feel when I setup my trade, that's why I like to use AMPmonitor: thanks to emerging patterns I always have time to prepare my trade, do some analysis, and do not hurry. And of course: confirmations. They are showing me how many odds are in my favour before I click the buy/sell button.

Bearish Gartley on 4h AUD/USD chart.

I'm starting to see that the 4 hour harmonic patterns are most accurate, at least the past month.

Thumbs up Harmonic Pattern - Pattern Confluence EURJPY

    Hello Members,

I did not get to trade much this week, and I missed the EURJPY Bullish Gartley on the Daily, but I thought it would be nice to note there is a confluence of Bullish patterns on the Daily and Hourly chart, almost at the same time we see these patterns alert us to a potential upswing, and indeed it panned out.

    HARMONIC PATTERN CONFLUENCE

When more than one pattern, both bullish or both bearish, appear on the same pair on different time frames.

I should seriously look into this method more. Even though I'm not big on indicators, I think patterns and pattern identification is much more basic, (basic as in BASE) and goes hand in hand with price action in that traders will trade these patterns and if the big money trades the patterns too, we ride their coat tails into profit!

The EURJPY Bullish bat proved to be a winner, most of the time there will be a hiccup and prove the pattern to be valid to a degree, but this one was stellar.

Here we see it forming a few days ago in this example:

And this example is from this morning, we see a move almost to 100, precipitated by the harmonic pattern finding the bottom of the down move to 96.90 (almost to the pip), we enter with the next bar near 97.50 to wait for the pattern to remain valid.

In fact, this pattern appeared 5 days earlier when this consolidation action between 97.00 and 98.50 began, so these patterns, which I'm learning much more about by seeing live examples play themselves out, will often appear valid then invalidate themselves, and disappear completely, or in this case take a few days to actually work out for us.

No, rarely, but I caught another one on the NZDUSD daily today. Sometimes both of my indicators draw the same pattern on the same chart, and that's a double pattern as I call them. But the NZDUSD one here I must consider a confluence of patterns because the down legs appear on different swings, forming two different types of patterns completely but their PRZ Potential reversal zones begin almost exactly on the same bar. So for all intents and purposes, I consider these two patterns, one bearish bat, and one bearish crab to indicate a potential move downward from where we are.

The harmonic V2 indicator which is often accurate indicates the target is at or near .76416 of price crosses .79702 which is incidentally also a Dinapoli support level. So if we see a move below it, I'd expect a reversal here.

I think this is part of a system called KOR-Harmonics, it's a private system if I'm not mistaken, but if you can find the k-harmonics mq4 file, I'll give you a prize, and we'll all be rich!

I have some more examples from the Harmonic Pattern charts from this week.

As you can see most of the charts were on point except for AUDUSD, which did technically see a selloff for about half a day then jumped back up past the entry and more, but the gartley pattern which was traded is still active and alerting us to a short, but I'd wait to see some weakness.

In topgun it is definitely well above our range indicating to me a selloff is coming, and perhaps a big one, but it has been wrong before as price does what it feels like doing despite our indicators saying the opposite.

Here are some more recent Harmonic Patterns on the Daily charts. EURUSD had another confluence of harmonic patterns, one Bat Bullish and one Crab Bullish, and even though finding Harmonic patterns on daily charts is not always the most accurate, when I have noticed a confluence of this nature, it is batting 1000.

Another interesting point, the NZDUSD daily has not only a nearly identical price history, a near perfect correlation to the EURUSD, but an identical harmonic pattern formed as a result and resulted in a long entry that would have netted the same type of trade. Of course NZDUSD is not my favorite pair, nor do I ever trade it but it was interesting to see the correlation occur.

Harmonic patterns appear on all time frames and result in winning and losing trades depending on many factors. However, it was asked which time frame it is most effective on, and thus far, I must say that the 4 Hour time frame seems to enjoy the distinction of producing the most effective and worthwhile harmonic patterns I've tested.

I have all but given up using Harmonic patterns on anything less than 1 hour. 1 Minute charts are out of the question, 5 minute charts see hundreds of patterns form every day on the 10 pairs I watch and less than 50% are accurate, 15 minute charts are almost the same but I noticed that harmonic patterns appear less frequently.

So I leave it up to 1 hour, 4 hour, daily, and weekly charts. The weekly harmonic patterns are difficult to follow and quite often they appear then disappear within a day or so, leaving me stuck in a position to either exit immediately following my strict rules or stick with disobeying my own rules; more often then not I exit with a small gain. Don't get me wrong, the weekly patterns, when verified true, are the most profitable, some moves we see hundreds or a thousand pips netted over a few days or weeks thanks to harmonic patterns on this time frame.

Daily charts, see weekly charts above. Much of the same but they appear in greater frequency and like weekly appear then disappear on occasion leaving me holding the bag of a trade that is against my rules.

Now we move to the 4 hour charts, and I must say, there's been quite a bit of success thanks to this time frame using harmonics.

Here are 5 more examples of the 4 hour Harmonic patterns working quite well.

So, in the past few weeks, when it comes to the 4 hour charts, I see harmonics working well all of the time except for the AUDUSD where many indications of reversals both in MT4 with this indicator and even some price action setups not working, as well as in TopGun where AUDUSD blew out the top range often; it was just really strong lately.
