New edition of the Client Agreement

Dear clients and partners!

EXNESS regularly makes changes to the Client Agreement and adds addenda, which are an integral part of it, with the goal of improving: its work and maintaining conformity with basic legal documents, regulatory relations between the company and its clients as it provides services, and the pace of the company's development.

Beginning January 25, 2013, the new edition of the public offer of EXNESS is accessible for review and acceptance.
The main changes and addenda to the Client Agreement are in the Operation regulations (Appendix № 1 to the Client Agreement) and in the Partner Agreement (Appendix №2 to the Client Agreement):

1. 1.the Operation regulations c. 10.1 The period of availability before archivation of trading accounts with no activity and with the minimum amount of money was extended.
2. c. 7.12 was added to the Partner Agreement It contains information about reducing the size of affiliate commissions of introducing Brokers who work with autorefferal scheme.

More detailed information about changes and addenda to the Client Agreement is located in the section «Legal information» on the company's website. Documents enter into force 15 calendar days from the day of their official publication on the website.

EXNESS joined NP CRFIN

A delegation from EXNESS took part in the international exhibition iFXEXPO Asia 2013 - the financial B2B Expo, held on 23-24 January 2013 in Macau.
