Two more and I'm going to lunch.
This last one was a tricky one man, i don't see long wicks like that too often, and to me it would have indicated a reversal or move upward, but sure enough it retraced to the low.

Fibonacci
Heres a good article, for newer traders who want to get a better understanding of the subject.
It can be a great tool to use, providing you know when and how to use it.
Conventional wisdom says that the 3 most important levels are 38.2, 50, 61,8. I agree totally. I also use 78.6% sometimes, on commodities,but its not as important.
the reason you should use those levels, is that they are the levels other traders will be watching, and in some way become self fullfilling.
Another thing that is useful, is to know the value of each fib level.On MT4 its easy to do.
When you've pulled a fib, edit, enter into each level, and type % $ after the figure . i.e 38.2 % $ . Each fib level will now show the price, enabling you to map out the levels to watch.
You should also have a well defined trend, before pulling a fib.
