Just for kicks, and considering that they provide these signals for free, I think it would be a good idea for you to post the signals on here so that we can all witness the accuracy. If you did that and the signals are really accurate, then I don't think anyone on this forum could utter another bad word about FPA. Fair enough?
You still arguing with him ??? Let you of his words man, they're making no sense.

It's just in my nature to allow someone to prove their point. I'm sure he won't prove anything but he'll continue to make a fool of himself.

December 07, 2007|Scott Glover, Times Staff Writer

When 24-year-old Yuliya Kalinina turned to the Internet in search of a husband, she made it absolutely clear what she was looking for in a relationship:

"Green Card Marriage -- Will pay $300/month. Total $15,000," the Russian national living in Los Angeles wrote in an ad placed on the Craigslist website. "This is strictly platonic business offer, sex not involved."

Just in case any would-be Romeos weren't taking the hint, she added, "NOT required to live together."

Kalinina's direct approach was very attractive, drawing the attention not only of the man who would marry her, but also of agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

After nearly two years of what federal prosecutors allege was a sham marriage, Kalinina and her 30-year-old husband, Benjamin C. Adams, were arrested last week at separate residences.

Prosecutors say Kalinina leased Adams a new Ford Mustang for his trouble. She also took care of the wedding arrangements: Performing the ceremony was Dmitri Chavkerov, an Internet-ordained minister who also happened to be Kalinina's live-in boyfriend.

"I'd say it's a fairly blatant example of marriage fraud," said Assistant U.S. Atty. Curtis A. Kin, one of the prosecutors on the case.

Robert Schoch, special agent in charge of ICE investigations in Los Angeles, said it was the first criminal case he was aware of in which people had allegedly used the Internet to engineer a fraudulent marriage in hopes of obtaining a green card.

According to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Kalinina began advertising in the personal ads section of Craigslist in October 2005. She posted at least eight ads, most of them titled "Green Card Marriage -- Will pay $300/month. Total $15,000."

According to the court papers, ICE agents also obtained e-mails from Kalinina's Google account in which she and Adams discussed their potential marriage.

"How long does it have to last for?" Adams allegedly asked, according to a Jan. 9, 2006, e-mail.

"Marriage will take 2-3 years (most likely 2)," Kalinina responded.

Adams then told Kalinina that he had bad credit and suggested she lease a car for him in exchange for agreeing to marry her, the complaint alleges. The two were married Feb. 17, 2006.

A month later, Kalinina leased Adams a 2006 Ford Mustang, the documents state. That April, the couple filed paperwork seeking to establish permanent residency for Kalinina.

Hey, who says someone who owns a forex site or two needs to do just that in life, he can be a minister if he wants, he can do whatever he wants. Sad to see you all drag this guy through the mud for no good reason negating all the good things he's done. But that's just me.

In all fairness, I don't know anything about the individual so that is why I haven't said anything about him directly. I don't wanna come off like a dick but perhaps you could post something about all the good things that he's done. Give us a link or something. Better yet, what are your own personal good experiences with the site? All I've been asking is for someone to direct me to where all the great and helpful information is located on the site. Maybe you can do that for me. Thanks.

Ok, so yesterday I got an email from FPA. It was about a trade based on the UK retail sales report that came out this morning (thursday) at 4:30am NYC time. The email said that we should look to short gbp/usd if the retail sales number was -0.2% or lower and to buy if the number was 0.9% or higher. Well the number was 1.1% and if you were paying attention, you saw that there was a lot of buying on gbp/usd. I'm not jumping on the FPA bandwagon, just sharing some info. As for tomorrow (friday 8/20), they're looking at Canada's 7am release of the Core CPI. The action is to buy usd/cad if the number is -0.2% or lower and to sell usd/cad if the number is 0.4% or above. Just something to keep an eye on. I guess you can go to Bloomberg a little before 7 and see what the number is when it comes out. Now for all of the folks on this thread who are so in love with FPA..how hard was what I just did? Show the people something and maybe we'll follow. Nobody cares about your damn opinion of FPA, we all care about seeing results. So far, they're 1-1. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

That's ALL they know how to do man, literelly, they send out multiple emails daily telling you to how to trade the news which anyone looking at an economic calendar (and balls of steel) can do. There are hundreds of alternative ways to trade but forex bastards has been for years sending out emails of what the upcoming news events are and how they are trading it.

I know they have disclaimers "covering" their asses, but I can almost assure you they are not NFA regulated to be a financial adviser and that's exactly what they are doing, giving you financial advice through these daily emails.

Worse yet thats what you used to have to pay for, $999 a month to a trading room access where all those mofos would be trading the news anyway!!! $999 to hear about how people went long or short based on a stupid announcement.

What a website, what a business, im in the wrong businesss. I'm starting a free forex forum that leads you to exactly that and I will be rich.

That's not my problem, doing multiple things with your life, but instead of your girlfriend entering country legally, don't you think it goes to the heart of the matter that its duplicitous to ordain yourself a minister to help her stay then ignoring the law a second time by telling someone you will pay to create a a fictional marriage and get what they want. Transplant that to Forex Peace Army, fictional "beefs" with reputable forex companies, fake responses, real reviews deleted, to get what they want ($$$).

Neither do I, neither should anyone. In fact, thats where a lot of complaints came from against King Forex signals and the other sites, that yea some times they were profitable but right in their warning disclaimer of liabilities, they say they are not right all the time. Coupled with the fact that trading news announcements exposes you to hundred maybe even thousand pip spikes that will wipe out your account, stop loss or no stop loss.

I remember a thread about Forex and Gambling, well, focusing your entire trading strategy on news trading is the highest form of gambling in the Forex market, can anyone name anything riskier? Even hedging is safer!

You make me laugh because here you are touting the professionalism of yourself and the board you clearly represent when the first thing I saw a few weeks ago about PFGBEST ripping off one of their "troopers" at ForexPeaceArmy, was a response telling the "victim" to go out and literally murder those responsible at PFG Best. What kind of website is that? I don't want to belong to it and I don't like idiots like you that think that is proper. Good day.

I believe that Felix is a decent person that really tries to help others make money in a very tricky forex market. His Forex Bastards site is a brilliant source of information regarding brokers and reviews.
Didn't you say there was no connection between FPA and Forex Bastards? Or was it those signal sites?

I'm not sure if it was mentioned but Dimitri aka Felix who owns those sites Forex Bastards, Forex Peace Army, whatever other feeder sites that link to it, his address in Los Angeles, California is the exact same address of Forex Peace Army in New York, just change the Zip Code and City. He has probably never even been to New York let alone took the time to scope out a real building Forex Peace Army can pretend to work out of. Hell, Google Maps could have even helped him in this regard, but this was not the case in this regard.

I think alot of you touched upon how these websites are scams and not to be trusted but the staggering fact is that Felix is making thousands of dollars off of advertising because some how he has millions of visitors going to the website very month. However he did it, he did it and is ensnaring many of the new blood this market is infused with on a daily basis.

You definitely have a good point. Eh, well, just another innovative thing someone tried to do to make money in the so called American Experiment.
