Hi Harrison,

Basically, we use remotely-based spot Forex traders from across the world to ultimately work with us as a signal provider in exchange for a share of dealing fees. We do this through a US, web-based platform called Collective2 where we create a free demo account for our traders to generate an independent record of their trading and allow them to get used to how the platform works because we place all of our live trades through this site. After a few months of data is available, their system’s performance will be analysed to determine whether they are profitable enough to be eligible for the team - we look for a minimum 2% profit per month. Once a system has been selected for the live panel, we subscribe to their system and their trades are then mirrored onto our live account at the Fund Manager’s discretion. We pay traders for every week that they are selected for our team, regardless of performance and they can also receive a quarterly bonus relative to their profitability.
