    The FED has no false loyalty to the United States, it is part of the central banking system, where the system wants currency to go it will go.

    I used to try to go deeper inside those financial schemes. Sometimes exporting currency is a good way to support it or even increase the rate by stimulating the inner demand. I actually failed to understand all the features, but based on practice I can say that it works.
