Is America financing al qaeda in Syria? Once and for all, discussion...
I had people explain to me the other day that the rebels in Syria who are losing by the way are affiliated with Al Qaeda... And our ambassador Chris Stevens was for a fact meeting with the Turkish delegate who is giving financial aid and arms to the rebels in Syria, Al Nusra Front, who clearly claim to be al qaeda affiliates.
So, after 10 years of fighting and spilling blood in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere fighting al qaeda, can you tell me that America is now backing al qaeda in Syria?
What the hell is going on? What is the war on terror for if we're now allied with our own enemies (behind the scenes)?

It's a convoluted question.
It makes you wonder though, before 9/11 Al Qaeda consisted of a few hundred scattered terrorists throughout the world. Now in Syria alone it's amassed a 10,000 man force first with it's sights on toppling Assad, then after that, who will Al Qaeda in Syria and elsewhere turn their attention to?
It's one big mess, and yea I think if we're supporting the enemies of Assad, we're by default supporting Al Qaeda, but I'm no genius on the matter, just what i hear.

In case they do not so far they will once they supply arms to the rebels. Those arms will only end up killing American troops which is why the rebels should not be supplied. Let them do what they do in Syria and the rest of the world should stay out of it.

You have to understand its a much bigger picture. It's the USA/NATO nations vs RUSSIA/IRAN
Iran and Russia are backing Syria in hyperdrive, for Russia it's supremely important that they do not lose a close ally such as Syria, one who allows them to use and refit their fleet during the months which EVERY RUSSIAN HOME PORT IS BLOCKED BY ICE. That's right. This war for Russia is about WARM WATER PORTS and Syria offers Russia it's last friendly warm water port in the world. There's Cuba of course, but that's not on their mainland, that's not on any mainland, so it's not a factor in this.
America and NATO have been waging war against Russia for 75 years about since WW2 ended, and it didn't stop when the Berlin wall fell. What do you think the wars in Chechnya were all about? It was a conflict for Chechens that attempted to give them their independence from Russia which they think they deserved, whether or not that's the case, its not up to us. BUT, America and NATO saw the CHECHEN war as the perfect opportunity to destabilize the foundation Russia well after the Berlin Wall fell, for 20 years after the Soviet Union fell and this new "RUSSIAN FEDERATION" was blooming. Chechnya of course is super important to keep in the Russian Federation because of the oil rich Caucuses and their geographical position between other oil rich allies such as IRAN. So if Chechnya falls or is at least destabilized by a heated war (which Russia committed 500,000 men in a country with only 1.5 million people), Russia will never be a super power again until order is restored. You can argue order still is not restored.
That's what makes the Boston bombings so suspect to me. The moment I heard Chechens carried out the bombing, I didn't think fundamental Islam, I thought RUSSIAN BACKED FUNDAMENTAL ISLAMIC GROUPS. Russia has been on hyperdrive for 50 years trying to infiltrate and work together with terrorist groups doing exactly what America did to them in Chechnya 20 years ago, that is, hire Russia is hiring terrorist groups to wreak havoc in NATO and AMERICA to destabilize it without having to declare war outright. And so America did what Russia did, finance Chechens and destabilize Russia in its own backyard without declaring war against it directly.
It's all subterfuge and black bag, black ops type stuff going on right now. Syria included. We want ASSAD OUT so whoever takes its place, even if its Al Qaeda, it won't be a RUSSIAN ALLY.
I'd argue that our intel agencies including the MOSSAD hope that Al Qaeda topples ASSAD in SYRIA just so we can send in troops like we did in Afghanistan and Iraq and wipe out Al Qaeda and put in a puppet of our own.
You gotta think 10 steps ahead, not the step you're on.
It's Geopolitical Chess, not Geopolitical Checkers!
