I did not lose my all capital in forex trading so far but did some amount. I feel nervous and frustrated as well when lose money and take rest from trading for some days. I try to find out the reason behind it. I also consider, it is a part of forex trading.

Before you lose all your money, you need to realize how important money management is when it comes to forex. The best thing to do is to not lose all your money. If you lose half of your money, that means it's time to stop live trading and go back to the drawing board with some thorough practice trading. The last thing you want to do is trade with a grudge against the market. I've written a thread on this in the past. A lot of times we get so angry because we are losing, we trade in a haphazard manner in an attempt to "show the market". The cold reality is that the market doesn't care if you win or lose. It doesn't care if you lose your mortgage payment and grocery money for your family in the market. I have compared it to a tsunami. The tsunami isn't evil, it just does what it does and if your house is in its path, that is very unfortunate for you. The good thing is that if you have information that the tsunami is coming, you can preserve some of your things and if you are on the right side of the wave, you can benefit from it.

I've have invested 5000 EUR after 6 months i've earned 140% EUR about (12000 EUR) then was a disaster ive lost 6000 EUR on gold (couldn't close position and I didn't set up S\L) That was like a hard kick in the testicles. I broke down. But now I'm really careful.

One thing I tend to do if there is a string of losses, is to analyse my system...what did i do right when i won? what did I do wrong when I lost? Then look at market behaviour when these scenarios happened too. every loss can be a valuable lesson. if you are struggling with too many losses, then looki at your strategy...test out more on a micro account until you find your winning edge again.

500 dollars, in two days, that was the first time i opened a live account with hotforex, it was honestly all my doing with my silly trading!! after three daays deposite more funds and read more about forex and im happy to say my account is still alive and kicking haha

If I came close to losing all my capital (and by that I mean the capital I am willing to use for trading) I would either stop trading - or I would at least take a break to figure out what I would be doing wrong. For me to lose it all would need a very consistant run of losses as I tend to risk no more than 2-3% of my capital and don't leverage over 1:50
