Re: Socialist Rant On Why D.C. Doesn’t Need Wal-Mart
He's got a good point about how socialists like to pick and choose their fights a little too acutely:
Should those restrictions also apply to other retailers operating in DC like Target, McDonald’s, Burger King, CVS Pharmacy, Barnes and Noble, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Home Depot, Starbucks, etc.?

The restrictions should apply to them all and we should live in plastic bubbles being fed rudimentary paste for sustenance

China doesn't need America, the moment they stop manipulating their currency keeping it low we are in deep ****, all the cheap goods will cost double overnight.... walmart will go out of business and american made, american mom and pop shops will thrive again. China is our enemy in that regard but they're more like our enemy the way a crack deal is a crack addict's enemy, he is giving the addict a high that the addict wants but is killing the addict deep down inside...

I'd argue America doesn't need China, as long as we all modify our living standards a tad and let more Mexicans over the border for cheap labor.
I think state to state commerce needs to be promoted, now it's punished, and soon the internet tax will destroy interstate commerce and push even more jobs overseas.
