Hitler finds out about the Dodd Frank act taking away his leverage, forcing him to keep his account in America, and essentially wiping 99% of the little guys out of the market.

For those of you that say trading with less leverage isn't a big deal, let's use an analogy... a REAL WORLD ANALOGY... before the crisis traders can use up to 200:1 leverage, Dodd-Frank wanted us to go down as little to 10:1 leverage. Now ask a landscaper, or better, a pizza delivery guy that makes $50 a day on $20 of gas in a full tank. After Obama takes office gas nearly doubles in price, so it takes $40 to make that same $50, what is that driver going to do? Make only $10 a day and skip a meal because he can't afford to eat? Go on welfare? Apply for foodstamps? Or find another profession. Whatever the case, that's what happened to small traders thanks to Dodd-Frank, you could make a good living with a small account, then you needed to double and quadruple the money vested in your account (or more) to make that same amount. These traders were hardly the 1%, they were regular people just like you that wanted to be their own boss, make their own hours, and forge their own futures for their families.
