View Full Version : Most Profitable Zulutrade.com Signal Providers
Admittedly, it's been a while, almost a year actually, since I've logged into ZuluTrade.com to see what's new there. I have to admit, they really have revamped their entire site making it much clearer and easier for we, the end users looking for Forex signals to use. They even allow for us to pick and choose the Signal Providers that we wish to be showed to other users, so I took about an hour and researched the hands down most profitable signal providers on ZuluTrade.com and selected them for Forex Forums users to see first and foremost when they visit forexforums.zulutrade.com, not the main site that has ALL SP's even the bad ones.
Some ZuluTrade.com improvements include the following:
Improved Equity Curve Graph
http://forexforums.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=318&stc=1&d=1257958279
Visual Representation of System Drawdown
http://forexforums.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=319&stc=1&d=1257958312
So instead of just seeing that there is a drawdown of -X pips, we can tell when these drawdowns occurred in relation to the pips gained in previous and future trades.
Finally, my favorite modification, allowing us to pick and choose the BEST signal providers to show other users on the main page as you can see in this screenshot:

wintrade sp is causing problems on todays buy.......... -44.1 pips
I had a bad run with one signal provider last week, lost 75 pips, but the week ended up over 140 pips with many scalp trades and one or two larger 20+ pip trades.

king trade and cheetah seem to both be pretty good.
low drawdowns and lots of winning trades but most importantly they dont hold onto loosing ones.
I actually like the signaler swan, if you check him, he has a number of 2-10 pip gains, VERY FEW losses, but one open 128 pip loss. but after looking at what others are saying, it doesn't matter so long as you're inputting a stop loss for this provider.
If you feel like trading like that, 1 pip at a time, then choose swan :D
Swan made it to my top list recently. Dick is right, there's many small gains and a few big losses, still trying them out though. Swan actually just got me into a 120 pip gain which I exited manually after checking my account.
I see some problems though with the fact that my stop loss levels are hit but some times, I lose more than my stop. I'm wondering if the exit includes the additional spread, which isn't normal.
Swan Really Sucked Ass This Week Mike!

You're right, that isn't normal. Zulu is both great and crappy at the same time. I can't figure out whether to love it or hate it. :faint:

I hate that about many Zulu Signal Senders, they trade one pip at a time, sure anyone can make money like that but how much does your broker make from you? Too much, its the principal of it all.
Thats why i say to everyone to avoid signal providers that do scalping! Theres no way scalping will work, unless you do it manually.
Choose at least 10pips/trade
This list is way old, many losers on it...

I found this on Alpari russia website, I post it here because I found it interesting.
Its an "interview" with systemsfxlive zulutrades current no1 provider.
I quote:
1. Tell us how you got into Forex? How did it all get started?
I found out about Forex online by seeing an example of returns on a broker’s website. I was particularly interested in the possibility of automated trading, though I didn’t know then how much time it would take up.
2. Tell us about your educational background. Is it at all related to finance, and does it help in your trading?
My educational background is not at all related to finance, therefore I had to spend quite a bit of time teaching myself and looking for the information I needed. I found a lot of good information on internet forums, including Alpari’s forum.
3. Do any of your relatives or friends trade?
None of my relatives or friends trade. They are curious about what I am doing, but I always try to talk first and foremost about the risks and only later about the great advantages of the Forex market.
4. Do you trade with ATS or manually? Tell us a little bit about your trading strategy or strategies.
I only use ATC in my trading. For me, back-testing is very important as is the ability to easily calculate what kind of drawdown I can allow. The "SystemsFX LIVE" portfolio system is based on 3-4 Automated Trading Systems (ATS), each of which has been back-tested on ten years of historical data and several years of live trading. These systems work together on different time intervals, basis and indicators, but only on the EURUSD currency pair. The first ATC is based on finding breaks of intraday levels, the second is based on the “Parabolic” indicator and uses pending orders. The third trades only at night when the market is usually flat. There can be, at most about five positions open at once- all of which are then usually closed within one to three days. Exposure to risk is limited in all trades.
5. What attracted you to the ZuluTrade and PAMM-Account services offered by Alpari?
In terms of PAMM-Accounts, I was attracted by the ability to manage my own as well investors’ funds from the same account. Also, the settlement and distribution of funds take place at a convenient time for the Manager. I feel that Alpari has succeeded in putting together a team of professionals who have created and provided support for the PAMM-Account system at a level higher than analogous services at other companies.
With ZuluTrade, I was of course interested in the possibility of making extra profit from successful trading as well as gaining more subscribers around the world. Currently, over 1,200 live accounts are subscribed to "SystemsFX LIVE"-with combined funds of $4,238,330 from client deposits ranging from $100 to $400,000.
6. Have you ever had any down periods in your trading in which you said to yourself, “That’s it, I am quitting trading?” If so, how did you deal with them?
Yes, there have been. My first attempts at trading were actually not that bad but the results seemed rather pedestrian compared to the high short-term returns made by other, what seemed like more experienced traders who were participating in different kinds of contests. I decided to use their services and ended up losing a good portion of my deposit as a result. At that point, I didn’t have a strong desire to return to trading. But then I tested my systems, and noticed that they continued to produce small but consistent returns and so I decided to return to where I had started.
7. What advice would you like to share with beginning traders?
I have noticed that beginning traders rely too heavily on the opinions of other users, trading analysts and all kinds of ratings. And I understand completely why- who else can you consult with if not with each other? But I don’t think that should form the basis for making decisions. In fact, as much as possible, I recommend verifying information yourself.
8. What do you wish for our PAMM-Account Managers, as well as our ZuluTrade and PAMM Investors?
For managers, I wish first of all for stable returns, and only then a top place in the ratings. For investors- caution and understanding of what they’re doing. And I wish all of us success in finding our trading approach.
9. Tell us a little about yourself, your hobbies, interests, your family.
I am 33 years old and have been living with my wife and two daughters in Ireland since 2002. In my home country I was a miner but here I am a stonemason and a taxi driver. Right now, however, I am only trading -what was before extra money from ZuluTrade has become my main source of income. My family and I like to get out and see different picturesque places of the country. However, the weather here leaves a lot to be desired, so sometimes we fly off somewhere to get some sun. I enjoy tourism, technology, video and regular photography and, I have to admit, am partial to the newest computer games.

This is good. Thanks
Zulu is looking more like a scam because every signal providers open trade and close it on earn of just 3 or 4 points to increase his profits only ,beacause if he opened more trades he will earn more
You are right Sami, most providers do scalping and open and close trades just to receive their commission. But for me it is in OUR hands to pick the right provider! No one forces you to pick a bad provider, the stats are there, the demo is there also. The thing for me is not if zulu is a scam but HOW we use its service :becky::becky:

Man is this a good idea using Zulutrader?
I cant answer this...better open a demo and judge yourself :D
Thats why i say to everyone to avoid signal providers that do scalping! Theres no way scalping will work, unless you do it manually.
Choose at least 10pips/trade
Well, I see people scalp like 2 pips at a time on there and still have winning strategies, not fair for us, but it still works technically right?
If you want to do it manually and also not through zulutrade platform, but your MT4, I think it depends on whether your broker will accept scalping trades, meaning that they will accept your close signals...
If you ask about zulu, no, in no case scalping 3-4 pips at a time will work, for various reasons, I have tried it and was always loosing :(
Always aim for 10+pips per trade

Hello. I'm live (and happy) with ZuluTrade since last April and I wish to get in touch with other users to share winning strategies. To get my ZuluTrade Advanced Settings just drop an email to
[email protected]
One new thing they added and I like is that they allow live account users to post comments on a providers performance. Something like ebay has for rating, but it seems the provider cant answer back.

Sounds interesting, why not just share? Or PM it to me, are you trying to tell us about your signal provider page or do you have something more special in store for us?

Still the nature of beginner traders will ensure that people will lose money despite the signal providers making money, just the nature of the beast, and negative comments are sure to come even to good providers and vice versa, good comments will come to bad signal providers.
guys, do you have any decent providers that is acutally making money to recommend?
WIthout a doubt the current zulu number 1 has made many people happy , steady growth.
Well, for how long this is yet to be seen and tested.
So, keep in mind to zuluguard, to not get these dd, if and whenever they come:hand:
