U.S. Government Internet Blacklists? Can they do that?

I guess they can, if a new bill is introduced into law in the coming months, giving the government to force ISP's to blacklist certain sites.

I found this here and I don't think enough people see this website, sign your name, it is important to not let the G censor sites here in America, the birthplace of the internet.

Officially S. 3804 is named the:
Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act
And as you can tell it has the facade of it being a bill to stop infringement and counterfeiting of digital goods I'd assume (not money in this case), and would force your ISP to not let you see the site. Would it show 404? Would it show a US DOJ takeover message, thats the $64,000 question

But seriously, this is something Red China would do in their hay day (and does do) and to think that it will happen here -> but even Red China is becoming more free, supposedly, and America moving in the opposite direction. Bizzare. Thanks Democrats for increasing government yet again, literally 6 out of 18 sponsors of this bill are Republicans, all D here.
