Being regulated in the EU is much better than being NFA regulated for traders as it offers the same level of protection to clients but it also allows practices that are not allowed by NFA such as hedging positions and leverage of 1:500.
When dealing with an STP EU regulated broker for a minimum deposit of $10 you bet its a good deal.
